About me: Hello everyone! I'm very excited to be joining this game. I'm Cocorose on plurk, generally people just call me Coco. I like classic old movies / series, as well as shows like Cobra Kai. I am gearing up for November as its a big candy and cookie making month for me. I love trying out new recipes! I'm looking forward to playing with you all!

Character Name: Doctor
Canon: Doctor Who
Character Summary: The Doctor is a time traveling alien from the planet Gallifrey... who won't talk about that much unless its to friends or it happens to come out during the course of an adventure. He is childish, always playing and sticking his nose into everything, but he is also very clever in pretty much all fields of science. He is not a strong fighter so look for him to try and outwit his opponents. Really... if things do go fisticuffs he becomes an arm twirling windmill, its not pretty.
Desired CR: While I would like to say he has his TARDIS with him he isn't very skilled at flying it. What I would like to do is have him join some one else's crew and use the TARDIS for his cabin and perhaps the occasional mission where a small shuttle-like craft might be useful.

Additionally he could use some friends and traveling companions. The journey is so much more fun with some one to share it with!

Potential rivals? Anyone looking to use their wish for world/universe conquest would find themselves at odds with the Doctor I'm afraid. He is very much about preventing things like that from happening.
Offered CR: The Doctor has performed the functions of an actual Doctor in several very tense situations. He could offer his medical expertise in a pinch.

Technical knowledge is also on the table. He has repaired his own ship and the ships of others and crafted useful gadgets for missions, so he could help with any repairs that were needed or maybe whip up some interesting devices if given the right materials.

He fluctuates between grumpy old man and fun loving kid so if you are looking for a sympathetic ear or some one to play jacks with he would be perfectly at ease with either.

I'm sorry I may have misunderstood a bit. I thought you were asking if they were friends.

I don't really see a Captain's chair in his future. This version of the Doctor prefers to be more freelance, you know doing a little of whatever is needed. That's why I suggested the support roles but I will give some thought to joining up with Hermes. The Doctor would like to know why Hermes wants to find Fortuna before making any big crew joining decisions. Just to see that they are on the same page.

Honestly the Doctor wouldn't be out of place with the kinds of people that normally hang around the Arcadia, and Harlock is a very 'light touch' kind of Captain - only giving orders in combat.

A very loose Command approach would be very fitting for him. Lots of wiggle room to get into trouble... I mean, help. The two are often very similar.

all he really ask for is don't intentionally try to mess with his ship - and honestly helping by causing trouble is probably one of his favorite ways of helping.
