Asajj Ventress | Star Wars: Clone Wars

Overclocked

If she were a bit more suspicious, she'd suspect this was all a titanic hoax. The sheer scale of it would be daunting, if she allowed herself such an emotion. But she didn't do that, anymore. Her first instinct is to gain height, but even with her Force powers, there are plenty of ways that are impassable. And dangerous, besides.

So someone's playing quite the game with them, it seems. The useless little robots aren't any help - not that they ever are - but she can keep moving, flitting from shadow to shadow. She'll find her way out.

Survival is what she does.

Skeletons In the Closet

She wonders, as she moves deeper into what feel in many ways like catacombs, if she and the others she has seen are the first ones there in centuries. The dust on some things is absurd, some rooms feel nearly choking, filled with dust and time. Clearly someone had lived there, at some point.

She crouches, picking up a fragment of something that used to be...well, something. It literally falls to dust at her touch, as she rises again.

She's seen bunkers like this. The places made for the lost, the desperate. Places of last resort. And that is definitely what this place feels like, to her. The place where something came to an end.

A people, a ship full of survivors - this was a place of terrible endings.

Shipyard

Well, well well.

What a turn of events this was. She knows people who would have razed planets to control a power such as this. The enormous machines can simply print entire ships out - component by component. She'd heard of such ideas, but never seen them.

That being said, while this is a place of great potential advantage - it raises her guard even further. This is the perfect sort of place for an ambush. And so while she works at one of the consoles, to see what she can create. A small, lithe fighter is her first instinct - but there's things like that around here, aren't there? No, time to look for something that could function as a long-term living arrangement...because she needs to get away from this place.
