Cagliostro gives a glance as she notices the other girl approaching, does some quick math and decides that, no, she does not have the energy to act cutesy for someone who obviously won't be impressed by it. Not that she couldn't charm her if she wanted, but given the situation, it hardly seems worth the effort. So instead she lounges on her throne as she idly raises some lightning spires a safe distance away to keep her metallic pavilion safe.
